Introduction

I'm completly new to D&D but have always wanted to try it out as was looking for somewhere friendly to ask silly questions! I've always been interested in Fantasy and Sci-fi but somehow never got around to trying out D&D.

This is not a question, but you will need to upload an image that will act as your avatar. It does not have to be a photograph of yourself, but it will help others identify you at events if it is. It also gives you a persona on the site.

I did a search for local people (I'm based in a village between Leicester and Loughborough) who might be able to point me in the right direction and give me some pointers on where to begin and Google pointed me at you chaps!
